Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Small red or gold potatoes, washed and halved
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper As per taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Set the oven's temperature to 425°F (220°C).
