Ingredients
- 1/2 kg fish fillets
- 1 sprig spring onion chopped finely
- 2 tbsp oil
- For the Sauce: Below ingredients
- 3 tsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Clean the fillets and cut them into serving pieces. Place them in a baking dish.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the fish fillets. Garnish with spring onion.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
