Ginger Fish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fish fillets
  • 1 sprig spring onion chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For the Sauce: Below ingredients
  • 3 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Clean the fillets and cut them into serving pieces. Place them in a baking dish.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the fish fillets. Garnish with spring onion.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
