
Prawn Korma

Ingredients
- 500 gms prawns shelled and deveined
- 1 large onion finely sliced
- ½ cup natural yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 green chilies sliced
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chilies. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Stir in the yogurt and cook on low heat until the oil separates.
- Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, blend cashews into the yogurt mixture before adding.
