Prawn Korma
A rich and creamy prawn curry with a blend of aromatic spices and yogurt.

gms prawns
shelled and deveined

large onion
finely sliced
½
cup
natural yogurt
1
tsp
garlic paste
1
tsp
ginger paste
2
green chilies
sliced
1
tsp
garam masala
½
tsp
turmeric powder
½
tsp
chili powder

tbsp
oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown.
Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chilies. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
Stir in the yogurt and cook on low heat until the oil separates.
Add prawns and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, blend cashews into the yogurt mixture before adding.
