Scale and units
Change serving size and switch unit systems on any saved recipe.
Open any recipe on mobile or web to scale it for the table you are cooking for. Public Discover recipes on chefskiss.io support the same scale and unit controls.
Scale servings
Use the scale controls (for example ½×, 1×, 2×, 3×, 4×, or a custom factor). Ingredient amounts update for cooking; your saved recipe stays at its base servings unless you edit and save.
Unit systems
Switch between common unit presentations when the recipe supports conversion. Handy when a recipe arrived in cups and you prefer grams, or the other way around.
Tip
Scaling is for cooking and shopping math. Export or share links still reflect the recipe you saved. On Discover, scale is for the page you are viewing; Add to library saves the catalog recipe at its base servings.
