Kitchen Level
Earn XP, keep a streak, unlock achievements, and claim extra recipe slots.
Kitchen Level is a signed-in progress meter. It is cosmetic on every plan. The same account keeps XP, streak, and achievements on mobile and the web companion.
Where to find it
- Mobile: Account, plus a gold ring around your avatar on the current Home
- Web: Settings, plus the same ring in the companion header. Tap the ring to jump to Kitchen Level.
Daily claim
Once per UTC day, tap Claim today’s +10 XP. On web that lives on Settings. If you already claimed on your phone, the website will say you are done for the day.
How XP is earned

Recipe and pantry XP already count when you save from the website. Cook Mode XP stays on mobile until library Cook Mode ships on web.
Streaks and extra recipe slots
Any XP grant or daily claim counts the UTC day toward your streak. First-time milestones add library slots:
- 7-day streak: +5 slots
- 30-day streak: +30 slots
- 90-day streak: +100 slots
Those bonuses pay once. A broken streak does not repay them.
Achievements
Unlocked titles show on the Kitchen Level card (up to four):
- First catch: first recipe save
- First plate: first Cook Mode finish (mobile)
- Three-day heat: three-day streak
- Small stack: ten recipes in your library
- Kitchen invite: a successful referral
- Date it: first pantry expiry date
