Shared shopping lists

Shared shopping lists are separate from your personal meal-plan shopping list. Manage them on mobile: Settings → Shared Shopping, or Shopping → Shared Lists.

Create a list

Creating requires Plus or Pro.

1. Open Settings → Shared Shopping.
2. Tap + and choose New list.
3. Name the list and tap Create.
4. Share the invite token (up to six seats). A list you own keeps an Invite control on its row.
5. Accept each join request under Waiting on you, and choose a role.

Join a list

Any signed-in plan (including Free) can request to join.

1. Get an invite token from the list owner or a co-owner.
2. Tap +, choose Join a list, and paste the token.
3. Wait for acceptance before items appear.

Roles

Role	Can do
Guest	View + open Shop links
Member	Add/edit items and check them off
Co-owner	Clear items, manage invites and roles (not delete the creator)
Owner	Everything, including delete the list

Shop links

Set a preferred store (Amazon or Walmart) on the list screen. Tap the bag mark on an item to open that store with a prefilled search.

Per-item options

Press and hold a line for the two things a shared list can do that a personal one cannot:

• Always buy this keeps the name in Add again on every shared list you are on.
• Remove from the list takes it off for everyone, and asks first.
