Settings → Usage Limits

Chef chat uses soft Base and Burst limits enforced on the server. Recipe imports do not use this budget (link, video, photo, receipt, or file imports).

What you see

• Messages: remaining Chef turns in the current window, plus a countdown until reset
• Burst Messages: monthly extras when Base is empty, plus a countdown until they renew
• View Plans if you are on Free or guest
• Watch Ad For +1 Message when rewarded ads are enabled (adds Chef Base only)

Higher plans raise Base and Burst for Chef. Exact numbers are on the paywall and may change; the Usage card always shows your live remaining balance.
